Looking for applicants in DATA CENTER world with Strong grasp of DC infrastructure (power, cooling, cabling) and certification standards (Tier/Rating, ISO, LEED)

You'll own the full product life cycle from market intelligence and business case development to go-to-market execution and complex sales support.
Product strategy: define and manage the full lifecycle of Housing & Colocation services — Shared Rack, Cages, Private Suites, CrossConnect and beyond.
Business planning: build detailed business cases and financial models for new Data Center openings and site expansions, covering ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, PUE, and market benchmarks.
Market intelligence: monitor competitive dynamics, pricing trends, and emerging technologies including AI-ready cooling and sustainability innovations.
Go-to-market: partner with Sales & Marketing to define positioning, key messages, and pricing strategies for domestic and international audiences.
Sales support & vendor management: act as the technical and commercial expert in complex negotiations across Corporate, Wholesale, OTT and SME segments, while nurturing key technology and connectivity partnerships.
3–5 years in Product Management, Business Development, or Solution Architecture within Data Center or Telco
~ Fluent English essential for international stakeholder engagement and market analysis
