Level and RAL:
Max managerial level, RAL €55k-€65k.
The Product Manager, reporting directly to the Group Sales Director and responsible for a specific Business Unit, will develop an activity roadmap to maximize the value of the product family globally. He/She will support the Sales Teams (Italy and abroad) and collaborate across departments (R&D, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing) with increasing responsibilities.
The role involves researching and analyzing technical solutions to meet the needs and preferences of both established and prospective clients, engaging at an international and domestic level with technical B2B stakeholders in Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics.
He/She will define global product positioning strategies, identify technical characteristics and market needs, contribute to product development, and collaborate with the Technical area to strategically guide the Sales department.
By analyzing the market, competitors, and key accounts, the Product Lifecycle will be managed, and active participation in new product development will be required based on market insights and needs, including complex technological projects.
The role also involves communicating the company's sustainability policies, highlighting the value of corporate actions. A focus on product improvement and proactive management of the product plan in collaboration with the teams mentioned will be essential, along with analytical market studies to evaluate business potential and qualitative/quantitative aspects.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in marketing and solid experience in international industrial production contexts, ideally supporting Supply Chain.
- Pricing, data analysis, segmentation, and product positioning skills.
- Technical drawing knowledge.
- Excellent command of English is required; MBA qualification is a plus.
