Who we are Panora is an international seed company engaged in the development, production, and commercialization of high-quality vegetable seeds.

To strengthen our Sales Team, we’re looking for a

Product Manager

following South Italy Area.

The role Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product management activities for the Southern Italy and developing, at a national level, the p.m. activities for brassicas and determinate tomato crops.

The role requires travel throughout the assigned area, so candidates will not be required to work from the Foggia office on a full‑time basis.

Main responsibilities Portfolio Management

Analyze market trends, grower needs, and competitor products to optimize the local portfolio.

Manage and improve the local product portfolio, ensuring alignment with global crop strategy.

Contribute to gather relevant data and information for the PMC update.

Product Development Operation

Lead and manage Product Developers assigned to the crop/area.

Plan and evaluate key trials in collaboration with Product Developers (PDs) and ensure effective execution.

Lead the country joint trials visit involving all the relevant stakeholders.

Sales & Business Support

Support the achievement of commercial targets in close collaboration with the sales team.

Leverage local trial outcomes to refine product positioning, pricing, and support relevant promotional activities in alignment with global crop guidelines.

Plan and execute country New Product Introductions (NPIs).

Provide technical support to key producers and the sales team, assisting in resolving customer complaints from a technical standpoint.

Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

Coordinate the country-level implementation of global fresh produce projects.

Lead the local Product Advancement Meetings (PAM).

Represent the country in Global Product Meetings, ensuring seamless communication between local and global teams.

Required skills

Mandatory expertise (at least 5 years) in the seeds field and in the same job position;

Education in agriculture, agronomy or related field;

Strong knowledge of target territory and its agricultural dynamics;

Able to relate both with formal referents and to small‑scale growers;

Solid technical background.
