Are you ready to enter into a dynamic and international Lean organization?
Join our team as Product Manager from our headquarters' offices in Brugine (Padua), and remotely from home. We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices.
We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager - Inverter to join our team focused on Platform Flow Control . The Product Manager will provide for collecting and managing market requirements , analyzing competitor’s products and contributing to define the roadmap for new products . In collaboration with the Product Management team, the Product Manager will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of a product line and leverage continuous innovation to improve Quality , Cost and Delivery performances of the product.
Being successful in this role requires having excellent communication skills , being self‑motivated and able to work as part of a team. It requires passion for creating best‑in‑class solutions and a strong vision for the product as well as a high level of flexibility, proactivity and time‑management skills.
Requisiti
- 5-7 years in a similar position, preferably in the B2B electronics industry.
- Strong cross‑functional teamwork attitude.
- Curious and passionate with electromechanical disciplines (STEM Degree is a plus).
- Conscious of how HVAC/R units will impact the environment.
- Highly motivated and able to show initiative and accountability within a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to find innovative approaches to problem solving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges.
- Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences possessing technically diverse skillsets and backgrounds.
- The role is global, requiring the ability to travel internationally and to work with distributed teams.
