Job Title
Product Manager – Orthopaedics – Knee Revision (DePuy Synthes)
Location Pomezia, Roma, Italy
Job Summary A Product Manager is responsible for managing the product portfolio for Knee Revision and UNI, including national product planning, forecasting, commercialization, launch, marketing strategy, market penetration, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
National management of the Knee Revision and UNI product portfolios and associated technologies in collaboration with PM Knee and VRAS.
Define marketing objectives and strategies in line with corporate goals.
Create marketing plans aligned with company strategy and available resources to achieve financial objectives.
Coordinate and develop launch strategies for new technologies in Knee Revision and UNI.
Interface with Supply Chain, Demand, Logistics and all internal stakeholders.
Set budgets, reorder levels, inventory management and capital expenditure planning.
Lead product launches following the LEX process.
Conduct workshops for sales forces and operating theatre staff.
Create effective marketing and customer engagement tools in collaboration with sales.
Collaborate continuously with EMEA Marketing and integrate international strategies into the Italian market.
Contribute to growth objectives by identifying market opportunities and defining the most appropriate marketing strategies.
Constantly monitor relevant market segments and potential markets to forecast opportunities or risks.
Maintain relationships and networks with KOLs.
Work collaboratively with the commercial structure and Area Managers.
Support the Tender Office and the strategic Tender Department.
Support Commercial Education and Professional Education.
Requirements
Degree: Bachelor’s, Master’s, Ph.D. (preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in orthopaedics, preferably with knee prosthesis experience.
Preferable: marketing experience, especially in MedTech.
Preferable: support experience in the orthopaedic sector.
Ability to master new orthopaedic technologies.
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Outstanding communication skills.
Capacity to work synergistically with various internal functions and the focal team.
Willingness to travel throughout the national territory up to 50% of the time.
Excellent command of the English language.
Sense of urgency and ability to adapt quickly to business needs.

Salary The anticipated base pay range for this position is €48,600.00 – €77,395.00.
