In this role you own and evolve Awin's global publisher payments experience, ensuring accurate, timely payments across currencies and methods. You work with cross-functional teams to define initiatives that improve onboarding, transparency and trusted experiences for publishers worldwide. You analyze data and feedback to identify pain points and shape outcomes that balance customer needs with regulatory and operational requirements. Evolve the publisher payments experience to be accurate, timely and trusted globally Define, prioritize and deliver end-to-end payment initiatives Identify payment pain points via data, feedback and market insights and translate into outcomes Lead evolution of global payments capabilities across countries, currencies, and regulatory requirements Conduct discovery to understand needs and validate solutions solving real problems Prioritize opportunities using data and context to improve payment performance and UXCollaborate with product, engineering, finance and operations to align on priorities Partner with Finance, Operations, Compliance and Engineering to balance customer experience, regulation and efficiency Responsabilità

3+ years in product management, preferably SaaS Proven track record launching, scaling and improving customer/value-driven products Strong product mindset with ability to identify problems, define outcomes and prioritise Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Analytical and data-driven decision making Customer-centric mindset with focus on user needs and experience Strong understanding of full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery Knowledge of global payment methods, regulatory requirements and compliance is advantageous Requisiti fondamentali
