In this role you drive strategic growth for Ambu's Urology portfolio in Global Emerging Markets. You will bridge Global Marketing, regional teams, and commercial orgs to ensure strong market execution, launches, and adoption across diverse geographies. The position blends strategy, market analysis, and international collaboration in a fast-growing global business. You will shape product strategies and clinical opportunities to deliver patient impact and business results. Grow and align the Urology portfolio with global strategy and local market needs across GEMs Define market prioritization, segmentation, and resource allocation to maximize growth Lead product launches in GEM markets: pre-launch, execution, and post-launch optimization Develop market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analyses for strategic decisions Create training programs, sales enablement tools, and commercial excellence initiatives Strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support clinical strategies Execute marketing campaigns and maintain consistent brand positioning across markets Monitor portfolio performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to meet targets Collaborate with headquarters and regional stakeholders to identify clinical opportunities and growth drivers Support local teams and distributors with education, product training, presentations, and commercialization activities Responsabilità

5+ years in MedTech marketing, product management, or commercial marketing, with preference for Urology/Endoscopy or clinically driven areas Proven track record of successful product launches and translating strategy into commercial plans Experience working across multiple countries or emerging markets Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial capabilities with data‑driven decision making Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align global, regional, and local teams Strong communication and presentation skills, including senior leadership engagement Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field Fluent English; additional languages are a plus Willingness to travel internationally ~60-80%
