About the role:
This is a high visibility position for a commercially sharp, technically fluent professional. You'll own the full product life cycle from market intelligence and business case development to go-to-market execution and complex sales support.
What you'll do
- Product strategy: define and manage the full lifecycle of Housing & Colocation services — Shared Rack, Cages, Private Suites, CrossConnect and beyond.
- Business planning: build detailed business cases and financial models for new Data Center openings and site expansions, covering ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, PUE, and market benchmarks.
- Market intelligence: monitor competitive dynamics, pricing trends, and emerging technologies including AI-ready cooling and sustainability innovations.
- Go-to-market: partner with Sales & Marketing to define positioning, key messages, and pricing strategies for domestic and international audiences.
- Sales support & vendor management: act as the technical and commercial expert in complex negotiations across Corporate, Wholesale, OTT and SME segments, while nurturing key technology and connectivity partnerships.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in Product Management, Business Development, or Solution Architecture within Data Center or Telco
- Degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field — MBA or Uptime Institute/DCPRO certifications a plus
- Strong grasp of DC infrastructure (power, cooling, cabling) and certification standards (Tier/Rating, ISO, LEED)
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements (high power densities, HPC) into concrete product solutions
- Fluent English essential for international stakeholder engagement and market analysis
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to both technical teams and C-level management
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
