We are looking for a Product Owner – Ownership Tools C Digital Portals to take functional ownership of customer and partner digital portals and to support the continuous improvementof ownership andpost-sales digital experiences across markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for the company’s C web app and the Partner Portal, acting as the key functional reference for all ownership and post-sales digital touchpoints.
You will work closely with business teams, IT delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure high-quality, consistent, and scalable solutions.
You will play a central role in driving customer retention, partner satisfaction, and self-service adoption, while supporting daily operations in a complex, international environment.
This position reports to the Front Office C Digital Manager and has strong visibility across the organization.
Act as the single point of contact for ownership and post-sales digital tools
Govern digital touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle, from contract activation to end-of-lease
Prioritize new features and evolutions based on customer value, partner impact, adoption, and regulatory needs
Work closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure clarity, quality, and timely delivery
Support testing activities, UAT, and go-live readiness across markets
Prepare and deliver training sessions, user guides, and functional documentation
Support change management initiatives and promote digital self-service usage
Monitor delivery quality, timelines, and dependencies
Contribute to budget follow-up and cost control
Participate in governance forums and provide clear reporting to stakeholders
Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, supporting mitigation actions
Digital self-service adoption
2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager
~ Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum ways of working
Strong functional mindset: ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
Ability to work with technical teams (basic understanding of integrations, data flows, APIs)
Sensitivity to data protection, regulatory, and compliance topics
Education & Languages
Agile or Product certifications are a plus
Fluent English is required
