Product & Proposition Manager - Digital Onboarding

In this role you will lead the digital onboarding product portfolio across Italy, the Balkans, and France, shaping strategy and execution. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to deliver market‑ready propositions that meet regulatory and client needs. You’ll drive GTM, pricing, and ongoing improvements, while representing Experian in industry forums and partnerships. This is a chance to impact how customers are onboarded, verified, and served in fintech environments.

• Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital onboarding products from market research through go‑to‑market and ongoing improvement
• Conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities across geographies
• Define and prioritize product requirements aligned with strategy, regulation, and client needs
• Collaborate with technology, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful development, launch, and adoption
• Support pre‑sales activities including client presentations and expertise plans
• Develop clear product positioning, pricing models, and value propositions for Italian, Balkan, and French financial services ecosystems
• Monitor product performance and client satisfaction; propose enhancements to maximize growth
• Evaluate, negotiate, contract, and manage strategic partnerships to integrate partner solutions into offerings
• Represent Experian in industry forums, events, and with partners to promote digital onboarding and identity verification

Responsabilità

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of product management, proposition management, or similar experience in FinTech, financial services, or digital identity solutions
• Knowledge of digital onboarding processes, KYC, AML, and identity verification solutions
• Experience launching successful digital products in B2B environments
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
• Technical skills to perform assessments/POCs
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
