Job Title and Overview
Product Specialist, Endomech/Energy Products – MedTech Sales (Commission) – Sales & Marketing Team, Pomezia, Roma, Italy. At Johnson & Johnson, we specialize in innovative medicine and medtech, delivering advanced solutions for surgery. This role supports surgeons and healthcare professionals worldwide, focusing on our Endomech/Energy products in Lombardia. Responsibilities
Interact with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to explain product technical features and train them during surgical procedures. Support public tender processes and private contract negotiations, ensuring a successful end-to-end process. Develop projects related to data management & insights, predictive analysis based on digital health data. Support digital solutions launched by J&J and strategic execution of Health Economics initiatives. Collect and analyze data to support and substantiate the economic value proposition of J&J products and solutions. Disseminate value‑based messages to maximize innovation adoption and develop projects with customers. Qualifications and Skills
Master’s Degree in STEM or Economics. Background in Digital Marketing, Project Management, Business Data Analytics, or similar – through a master’s course or solid hands‑on experience. Proficiency in Italian (mother tongue) and English (fluent). Willingness to face new challenges and expand knowledge. Required Skills

Base pay range: €30.200,00 – €48.185,00. Annual bonus with set target (% of pay) based on company and employee performance, or sales commissions. Vacation days, parental leave (minimum 12 weeks), bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave. Well‑being reimbursement and programs for financial, physical and mental health. Service anniversary and recognition awards. Insurance plans and dependent coverage (subject to plan terms and location eligibility).
