Johnson & Johnson is a global health care company dedicated to innovation in MedTech and Innovative Medicine. We are seeking a Product Specialist for the Endomech & Energy line in the Lazio region.
Responsibilities
Interact with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and operating room staff) to support understanding of product technical features and provide training during surgical procedures. Support the company's participation in public tenders and private contract negotiations, ensuring effective end-to-end process management. Develop Data Management & Insights projects, creating predictive analyses for business decision-making. Assist Digital Health initiatives, implementing and executing new digital solutions. Conduct Health Economics activities, collecting and analyzing data to demonstrate product value and promote value-based messaging. Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher, preferably in scientific/healthcare fields. At least three years of commercial experience in the medical sector; experience in surgical business is preferred. Proficiency in managing commercial flow and stakeholder relationships. Fluent in Italian (native) and English. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Willingness to travel regionally and beyond. Resident in the Lazio region, preferably based in Rome. Benefits
