A leading company operating in the Fashion & Luxury industry is seeking a
Product Specialist.

Fixed-term maternity cover contract)
Working closely with Design and Supply Chain teams, the successful candidate will support the development of collections from concept through launch, with a strong focus on materials, prototypes, quality standards, and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Define and review collection samples, including fitting and quality checks. Collaborate with the Pattern Making team during model development. Ensure collection completeness, consistency, and feasibility. Liaise with Supply Chain to provide all necessary information for sample production. Monitor and coordinate the sample development process. Support pricing activities and price list definition. Oversee fabric quality and performance testing. Research and develop exclusive trims and product details. Manage product-related administrative and back-office activities.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the Fashion & Luxury sector. Strong product knowledge, including fabrics, materials, and garment construction. Excellent organizational, time management, and process management skills. Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to translate market and style trends into products. Fluent Italian and English.
