Product Specialist - Specialista di Prodotto: dialysis, intensive care and hemodynamics fields

Estor Spa, a company devoted to the production, promotion and sale of advanced biomedical devices in the fields of dialysis, intensive care and hemodynamics, is searching for a person for the position of Product Specialist.

Area of competence: Central Italy (Toscana, Marche, Umbria, Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise) , with living address in Rome or surroundings .

Role and Responsibilities

• One-to-one communication with physicians and healthcare professionals to clarify the features and the appropriate use of Estor’s products
• Collaborate within a cross‑functional team to organize hospital mini‑meetings, events and initiatives supporting and developing education, awareness and the appropriate use of Estor’s products
• Explain features and benefits of the offered treatments, using appropriate information and bibliographical references/material as required and needed
• Perform in‑vitro trainings on the use of medical equipment
• Support the medical staff during extracorporeal treatments
• Support the R&D area
• Perform installation and operating check of medical equipment
• Support sales by finding best communication practices with doctors and medical staff
• Comply with Promotional Policies, Code of Ethics and Conduct and all internal procedures

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

• Biomedical Engineer (5 years Master’s Degree) or similar degree
• 1‑4 years of industry experience
• Ability to understand and communicate technical/clinical material in a clear and effective way
• Ability to develop close professional relationships with physicians, nurses and ancillary staff within hospitals
• Ethical work, ability to develop priorities and manage time, integrate innovative ideas, and feeling to be part of the team
• Availability to travel
• Good Knowledge at user level of Microsoft Office
• Advanced level in written and spoken English is desirable

Remuneration and job classification will be determined based on actual experience and initial skills.
