Our Client, a prominent International Company in the Automotive Sector dedicated to the improvement of sustainable mobility and transport efficiency, has commissioned us to search for a candidate for a project aimed at strengthening the Team:
PRODUCTION BUSINESS UNIT COORDINATOR
For the Company's in-house
Hight Talent & Potential Project , we are looking for a candidate with at least 3‑5 years' experience.
The initial assignment will be based in Piedmont, followed by the opportunity to develop an international career within the Company across Europe and worldwide.
Main Activities
Guarantee and improve the collective performance (Safety, Machinery, Quality, Production) of their Area to achieve the objectives defined by the Department.
Managing the Production flow in terms of quality and quantity.
Ensuring the safety of People.
Guaranteeing the continuity of Plant Operations.
Actively participate in the Continuous Improvement of their sector, by applying Lean Manufacturing tools.
Managing and developing employees.
Support team members in their professional growth and encourage autonomy within their area.
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of another language will be a plus)
Master’s Degree
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Resourceful, willing to grow within the Company
Availability to develop his / her career at an International level
Place of work : Piedmont, plus future relocations in other production site. The company offers relocation support for candidates coming from outside the area.
Contract Offer : The company offers a permanent employment contract with an indicative salary range between €50,000 and €65,000.
