JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Engineer who is eager to develop its career in a dynamic, international environment and provide level support to the Production and Engineering Manager

Main tasks

• Assist the Production manager in the daily duties, from the production plan to the staff management
• Rejection monitoring and management
• Assist the manager in writing the Work Instruction
• Assist to the production process validation
• New products, tools and prototype evaluation with R&D dept
• Assist the manager with the product technical documentation and co-operates with the Quality Department
• Providing ad-hoc support based on organisational needs, with flexibility when the Manager is travelling
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Location: Chivasso (TO) - Italy
• Work location: onsite
• Start: ASAP
• Travel: Approx. 3-4 short trips per year
• Participate in company events and networking opportunities
• Work on projects with international impact

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a motivated person, with strong capability to work close to deadlines and in team and with the following requirements:

• Engineering bachelor degree or high school diploma in mechanical field
• At least 2 years as mechanical designer, especially in industrial automation, tools and machinery design
• We will be interested in candidates from the textile sector who have gained experience with knitted textiles for industrial application.
• Italian mother tongue
• A minimum B2 English level is required.
• Planning and organizational skills
• Team working, proactivity attitude and interpersonal skills

WHAT WE OFFER

• The gross annual base salary (RAL) range offered will be € 35k – 40k
• Compensation package also includes meal tickets for € 7,00 per day, flexible working hours and health insurance program as provided by CCNL Gomma Plastica Industria
• Permanent Employment
• Priority will be given to candidates belonging to protected categories as defined in Art. 1 and 18 of law 68/99
