As Production Supervisor Manager at the Sedico Plant, you will lead a highly complex manufacturing area to uphold exceptional quality and optimize people management. You will drive key production KPIs and ensure safe, efficient operations within a global eyewear leader. Manage efficiency and OEE KPIs and production programming, addressing deviations to meet targets Oversee quality KPIs and ensure part quality from the shop Apply delegation mechanisms and ensure effective task ownership Monitor cost indicators (maintenance, indirect materials, scrap) and act on variances Leverage knowledge of work cycles/methods and contribute to surface treatment area budgeting Be aware of procedures for environmental emergencies and safety interventions Lead labour‑intensive production areas with WIP, workforce, and line balancing strategies Apply 5S and 5M methodologies and drive HR strategies for cascading communication and bottom‑up engagement Responsabilità
University degree in Engineering At least 6 years of experience Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) SAP experience is a plus Strong strategic, analytical and problem‑solving skills
