YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

Supports the area manager in the actions necessary to achieve the targets.

Contributes to the continuous improvement of the production process and to the training of people and their correct allocation within the production department and deployment.

Monitors the department's KPIs (e.g.: volumes, waste, etc.); proposes improvement actions focused on the flexibility and productivity of the department and improvement actions aimed at optimizing production, in compliance with product safety and quality standards.

Interacts with the other functions of the Plant (in particular Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality) in order to design and implement improvement projects at a technical and organizational level.

Supports activities aimed at achieving PME (Continuous Improvement) targets.

People management: absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation.

HSE: Supervises and monitors the correct observance of safety rules (in charge) and implements corrective actions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Engineering Master's degree.

Between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar roles is required.

Good knowledge of the English language.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods.

Communication and Leadership.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

The employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 55.000.

The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.

The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies.
