Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the production process, optimizing time, resources, and operational flows, with ongoing interface with production planning and logistics.
• Manage department heads in production areas, ensuring adherence to production timelines within the overall process lead time.
• Ensure compliance with current safety and environmental regulations.
• Improve monitoring systems for key KPIs in the production area.
• Enhance the efficiency of production lines and equipment, proposing new investment projects in coordination with the operations management.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
• Manage budgets and costs for the production area.

Your Profile

For the selection process, the following skills and requirements will be evaluated:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a production manager, preferably in the electromechanical industrial sector.
• Good knowledge of MRP and MES systems.
• Proficiency in English.

Soft skills: leadership, ability to manage and motivate production staff, strong organizational and managerial skills, resilience, and results-oriented attitude.
