Your role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Production Operations Intern to join our dynamic and creative content production team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being the organizational backbone of a fast‑paced environment, while gaining valuable exposure to the creative processes behind high‑impact advertising campaigns. You’ll be responsible for managing the full vendor payment process for the Production team, ensuring accuracy and compliance using the SAP system. Beyond that, you'll get hands‑on experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, and workflow optimization—working closely with Producers and cross‑functional teams like Finance, Procurement, and Brand. Both the areas (analysis and payments) are possible through a direct, constant and proactive relationship with Producers that have full ownership of budget management.

Main responsibilities

Create PO requests on SAP for all Brands, follow the PO creation process, make sure vendors are paid

Maintain a solid relationship with Finance, Procurement and GBS team – having the full control of costs allow the team to reactively answer to questions and support need, but also to anticipate criticities

Work on Clickup (Company project management tool) on data collecting, analysis and dashboarding

Follow Producers in the Clickup process: data to be included, missing infos, check coherence of data

Highlight criticities in the process, combined with possible solution

Main requirements

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel
