Production Planner

Job Purpose:

The Production Planner is responsible for developing realistic production plans for the assigned vehicles and ensuring the timely availability of the new components to meet production schedules.

Responsabilities:

• Material Procurement : schedules and supplier orders, delivery monitoring, critical sourcing management, transportation requests.
• Production planning : create realistic production plans based on available resources, constraints, machine and assembly line capacity, and material availability.
• Supplier Account Management - shipping of materiel, planning and acquisition of finished components, inventory management and monitoring.
• MRP Management : exception control, stock monitoring, delivery verification, discrepancies reporting, stock adjustments, contract verification and orders.
• CID Management : ensure the right introduction (phase-in/phase-out) of new components in terms of supplier orders, inventory and obsolescence, production requirements and orders.
• KPI Management : supplier performance and production planning adherence monitoring.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of logistics/supply chain experience
• Experience in supplier management and production planning
• SAP knowledge (MM, PP)
• English fluent, German (desired, not mandatory)
