Production Planner

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Production Planner to join our Operations team, with the goal of strengthening coordination among the Production, Logistics, and Purchasing departments.

The selected candidate will focus primarily on production planning, managing and monitoring demand fluctuations, and analyzing data to plan production in alignment with capacity and market needs.

This is a cross-functional role that involves active collaboration with multiple departments to ensure efficiency across the production process, compliance with timelines, and consistency between forecasts, orders, and product availability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Monthly analysis of sales forecasts compared to actual sales;
  
• Planning production orders based on forecasted demand and production capacity;
  
• Monitoring stock levels and production progress, with monthly updates on priorities and any rescheduling needs;
  
• Coordinating with the Sales department (Italy) and Business Unit representatives (Europe and International) to define the production plan.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• A university degree or technical diploma in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
  
• At least 2–3 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain management;
  
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis tools
• Good knowledge of both Italian (C1) and English (B2), written and spoken;
  
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability in dynamic environments;
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset across departments;
  
• Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem solving.
