Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant graduating student or recent graduate to join the Supply Chain Department of the BU Cheese. The resource, alongside their manager, will be involved in the following activities:
Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly planning and scheduling of production activities for a group plant, using data from dedicated databases;
Constantly monitor the progress of the work plan and manage product inventory to reduce the risk of waste and out of stock;
Manage the generation of reports related to planned activities and actively participate in ongoing projects in the production planning area;
Extract and analyze data from dedicated databases to evaluate production performance, monitor performance indicators, and identify improvement opportunities;
Generate reports related to assigned activities, providing a clear and complete overview of the plant's production performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Degree in Economics and Commerce, Management Engineering, or similar course of study;
Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel;
Good knowledge of English; knowledge of French will be considered a plus;
Ability to manage cross-functional projects;
Determination, proactivity, and autonomy;
Ability to work in a team, problem-solving, and results-oriented.
KEY POSITION INFORMATION
Internship duration: 6 months;
Workplace: Milan (MI).
The research is aimed at candidates of both sexes (L. 903/77).
