We are looking for talented and committed Engineers to play a Production Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Abruzzo.

Scope

Supervisor is responsible for the achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment.

Supervisor is also responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills develop.

Reporting to the Shift Manager of the Production Unit he/she is in charge, he/she is responsible for managing Team Leaders and line operators for the segment of the production line he is responsible for.

He/She is responsible for all indicators in his production area: quality, safety, production, people; he will monitor, analyze, and define efficiency strategies, including through deployment to his team leaders and through continuous improvement projects, in collaboration with supporting bodies (process managers, plant managers, etc.).

He/She works in the morning from 5.45 am to 1.45 pm or from 2.15 pm to 10.15 pm on alternate weeks, in accordance with the assigned production shift.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Master degree in Engineering
  • 2/4 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical approach
  • Excellent team work orientation;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to learn and to work under pressure;
  • Sense of initiative;
  • Technical knowledge of production Press Processes and Products;
  • Good leadership skills.
