The Production Supervisor reporting to the production manager is responsible for the daily coordination of production activities within the assigned area, ensuring the achievement of production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and operational efficiency.

Description
Lead and coordinate production personnel, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and daily objectives.
Supervise day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring production plans are executed effectively.
Monitor production performance and support the implementation of corrective actions when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and quality standards.
Promote a strong safety culture across the shopfloor environment.
Support workforce organization and resource allocation to meet operational requirements.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning and other functions to ensure smooth operations.
Manage operational issues and contribute to their timely resolution.
Monitor key production indicators and support performance improvement initiatives.
Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Coach and develop production personnel, fostering teamwork and accountability.
Profile
Experience in the FMCG industry, particularly within Engineering & Manufacturing.
A solid understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in production management tools and software.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Job Offer

Experience with SAP, MES or manufacturing ERP systems.
Fluent English and strong cross-functional communication skills.
