Production Worker / QC Operator
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out dental aligner manufacturing processes in compliance with established specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform dental aligner production activities in accordance with defined procedures, specifications, and quality standards.
Ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process by identifying irregularities, conducting quality inspections, and verifying compliance with established quality requirements.
Operate specialized equipment, including 3D printers, laser‑cutting machines, and other production technologies used in the manufacture of dental aligners.
Carry out basic machine maintenance activities such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments.
For the QC Operator role: perform in‑process quality inspections, including visual checks and defect detection, ensuring that dental aligners meet the required quality standards.
Meet production schedules and deadlines while adhering to cycle times and productivity targets.
Accurately record production data in the company’s management systems.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Quality, Logistics, and Engineering, to resolve issues and ensure effective communication.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the work environment, particularly when handling medical devices such as dental aligners.
Complete all training assigned by the supervisor and maintain the required certifications to perform assigned duties.
