Apply now for the position of Marketing Professional Assistant and you will join the Point of Care (POC) marketing team to support and drive key marketing activities.
Your role:
Executive Assistance: provide comprehensive support to the Country Business Manager in daily activities concerning clients, the team, and general organization, including constant monitoring of appointments and project timelines. Event Coordination: assist in the organization and facilitation of company and team events/calls, coordinating logistics from both a local and international perspective. Documentation & Reporting: prepare and finalize critical documents such as reports, meeting materials, and memos. Operational Team Support: offer operational assistance to the team, including tasks like due diligence processes for new partners. External Communications: provide support for media relations and contribute to marketing and communications initiatives. Congress and Event Management: assist with the process and agreements related to congresses, events, and speaker activities (e.g., using internal compliance platforms). Product Manager Collaboration: support of one or more Product Portfolio Managers and/or Product Managers in specific delegated tasks.

Language Fluency: fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Financial Package
Collective Labour Agreement: the position is regulated by the Chemical-Pharmaceutical National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico), qualifica Impiegato. Annual Salary Range: the base salary for this position typically ranges from 34.500 - 46.000 gross per year (RAL). The final offer will be tailored based on your individual skills, experience and specific location. Performance Bonus: this role is eligible for a variable incentive plan linked to specific achievements (5%). Total Rewards: beyond the base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including flexible working hours, health insurance and a pension scheme.
