Our products and incident response services are used by large enterprises, governments, and militaries for incident response and threat hunting.

We are seeking a candidate with in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and technical solutions to assist customers in gaining market share and increasing operational efficiencies. The role involves providing technical and consultative leadership for complex engagements, focusing on industry or service offerings.

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical and consultative services on NetWitness solutions across complex projects, including workshops, requirements analysis, solution design, documentation, and training.
2. Collaborate with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation and transition.
3. Deliver services independently and as part of a team, working with sales and other personnel.
4. Manage multiple work streams on complex projects, define deliverables, and adhere to project methodologies and budgets.
5. Lead project quality assurance activities and validate requirements and prototypes.
6. Serve as technical lead on small to medium projects, understanding customer challenges and providing strategic solutions.
7. Maintain activity reports, keep stakeholders informed, and provide knowledge transfer and training.
8. Create detailed project plans and validate statements of work.

Technical Responsibilities

1. Assist customers in threat detection and hunting.
2. Track threat actors and their TTPs.
3. Develop detection content and use cases within NetWitness.
4. Create advanced queries, alerts, dashboards, and reports for threat identification.
5. Assess customer visibility gaps and recommend improvements.
6. Support sales project scoping and provide technical guidance.
7. Contribute to NetWitness course development and assessments.
8. Participate in lab content QA, deployment, and upgrades.
9. Deliver webinars and participate in customer training events.

Required Experience/Qualifications

1. Understanding of logging mechanisms for network, security solutions, servers, and databases.
2. Knowledge of networking/security infrastructure and data flow analysis.
3. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in logs, events, packets, and incident analysis.
5. Experience with collection methodologies like Syslog, SNMP, ODBC, LEA, FTP, SFTP.
6. Knowledge of security threats, trends, and policies.
7. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
8. Professional-level English communication skills.
9. Federal security clearance is a plus.
