Optitex is a leader in 3D cloth simulation and works with major fashion companies around the world in adopting the use of 3D to change the fashion industry. Optitex is leading the way in revolutionizing the fashion industry through the use of 3D virtual products, which will significantly impact key business areas in the fashion industry, including product development and sales & marketing.

We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our global customer success team. If you have a passion for 2D / 3D software in the apparel industry and are a people person with a mix of soft and hard skills to master technology and manage customer relationships, your place is with us!

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-sales activities of the Optitex solution including presentations to both small / medium and enterprise customers.
• Support the organization of company initiatives such as webinars, trade show preparation, marketing rollouts, etc.
• Support post-sales activities including customer onboarding, technical and consulting support, and overall account and relationship management.
• Develop a strong understanding of client business needs and goals.
• Strategically pursue new opportunities for account growth with existing clients by establishing credibility and aligning Optitex products to customer needs.
• Ensure products and services are delivered to the client’s satisfaction on time, within scope, and budget.
• Assist in preparing presentations, RFIs, and RFPs, 3D content, etc.
• Communicate the progress of customer implementations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic quality control testing to ensure solutions meet Optitex quality standards.
• Actively seek and track customer feedback on Optitex solutions and services.
• Represent the voice of the customer in product, service, and workflow design.
• Achieve and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the full line of software and services provided by Optitex.
• Help customers meet their goals by effectively utilizing Optitex products and services to their full potential.
• Strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in fashion design, with knowledge of pattern making and grading.
• Experience with 2D / 3D pattern software (Gerber, Lectra, etc.).
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Willingness to work remotely with possible travel.
• English and Italian speaking is a must; any additional language is a plus.

Location : Milan, option to work from home part of the time
