We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Management Analyst (PMA) to provide comprehensive program management and administrative support to FDRMC in Naples, Italy. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation and tracking of key processes, including labor brief analysis, knowledge management, training coordination, and industrial equipment oversight.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving, tracking, analyzing, and organizing taskers and special projects as assigned.
- Supporting record-keeping functions in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) requirements.
- Tracking and recording training requirements to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Reviewing Defense Travel System (DTS) submissions.
- Serving as a warehouse management liaison and managing inventory control of equipment and tools.
- Performing Naval message (OIX) entry.
- Managing Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE) by tracking and scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs, coordinating replacement and disposal, and working with contractors, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), and Commander Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) for repairs or procurement.
- Supporting the development, tracking, and analysis of Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs).
- Tracking assessment and inspection information while maintaining related databases.
- Providing knowledge management support, including preparing and presenting labor briefs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, administrative support, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with DoD administrative and record-keeping standards.
- Proficiency in managing training requirements and coordinating tasks across stakeholders.
- Experience with inventory control, equipment management, or preventive maintenance processes.
- Must hold an active secret US government clearance; US citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Knowledge of the Defense Travel System (DTS) and Naval messaging systems (OIX).
- Familiarity with IPE management, including maintenance and procurement.
- Experience in database and knowledge management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors and government agencies.
