Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, often operating at the forefront of technology. Recommend and justify major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area. Ten or more years of project management, product design, or related experience needed.

Responsibilities

We are specifically looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with the ability to execute at scale. This involves working with cross-functional teams across large organizations, aligning efforts towards a unified goal. You should drive results, possess high judgment, and be proactive. Strong ownership, collaboration skills, and the ability to manage complex, cross-organizational programs impacting both product and business are essential.

You will partner with every team in OCI to facilitate these programs. The environment is dynamic, agile, and complex, focusing on critical programs that impact customers, requiring support, partnership, and alignment in investment.

Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years’ experience in developing and implementing strategy and executing large cross-cutting programs.
• Ability to think broadly and strategically.
• Technology background with understanding of cloud architecture.
• Strong maturity, judgment, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with senior leaders across Oracle to drive results.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, diving into problems to create solutions.
• Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations.
• Familiarity with AI workloads and software stack.
• Experience in a customer-facing role in a tech company, with AI and HPC end customers being a plus.
