Progress Manager Internship

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Progress Manager Intern, supporting the coordination and management of creative workflows across the agency.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, partnering with different departments to help deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination across all agency departments to ensure projects are properly set up and planned
• Help monitor project timelines and priorities to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in managing the day-to-day creative workload and workflow
• Support resource allocation across projects
• Help manage creative team availability, including holidays and out-of-office requests
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, tracking updates, risks and changes
• Support the sourcing and coordination of freelance resources when needed
• Contribute to documenting and maintaining team processes and workflows

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Humanities or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with a problem‑solving attitude
• Interest in creative agencies and communication industry
• Familiarity with Excel or project management tools is a plus
• Good command of English
