As
Project Control Manager
you will lead the Project Control function within complex EPC projects, ensuring that all project phases are properly planned, monitored and controlled. You will support the Project Manager in decision‑making through integrated analysis of schedule, cost, progress, risks, opportunities and cash-flow trends, while ensuring full alignment with contractual requirements and company standards. The role ensures seamless integration among planning, cost control, document control and risk management, promoting a holistic approach to project controls and guaranteeing the timely and accurate completion of all Project Control deliverables. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Lead the Project Control team, ensuring strong integration among planning, cost control, document control, risk management and other project functions and analyse contractual requirements and configure project control systems during the project start-up phase. Prepare and submit Project Control procedures in line with contract requirements and company guidelines and govern the development of WBS/PBS/CBS, project roadmap and schedule, integrating contributions from all project functions. Monitor physical progress, schedule, cost, risks, opportunities and cash-flow trends throughout project execution and represent the project in front of the Client on Project Control matters and deliverables. Take direct responsibility for active invoicing preparation and progress certifications, aiming to maximize invoicing value and cash-in and ensure completeness, accuracy and timely submission of all Project Control deliverables according to contractual and company deadlines. Prepare the Project Control contribution to the final project close-out report, including progress, schedule, cost, risks, opportunities and cash-flow trends. What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration). Professional Qualifications ideally in Cost Management, Project Management or Engineering. Experience: Significant experience (8 / 10 years) in Project Control roles within EPC, Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure or Industrial projects, with proven exposure to integrated cost, planning, progress, reporting, risk and cash-flow management. Previous experience in leading or coordinating multidisciplinary Project Control teams is strongly preferred. Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or Arabic and/or other languages will be considered a plus. Technical/IT Skills: Advanced command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP, Primavera P6, PRISM, Power BI or other Project Control systems is considered a plus. Soft Skills: Leadership, analytical mindset, stakeholder management, effective communication, proactivity, attention to detail, problem solving and ability to work in multicultural and complex project environments. What else should you know?
You will have the opportunity to work on complex international projects and to interact with multidisciplinary project teams, clients and corporate functions. Travel abroad may be required depending on the projects assigned. What Can We Offer To You
