We are looking for a Project Coordinator - Construction.
Responsibilities
- Support planning of project activities (design, permitting, procurement, construction, handover).
- Update schedules, monitor progress and prepare periodic reports.
- Draft meeting minutes, manage follow‑up and track decisions.
- Support management of SAL, accounting of works and technical documentation.
- Operational coordination of designers (architects, engineers, interior, landscape, specialist consultants).
- Collect, verify and file project documents.
- Support interdisciplinary alignment and interference control.
- Support bid request activities (RDO), collect quotes and prepare comparative tables.
- Support technical and economic negotiation under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager.
- Verify supplier documentation (technical sheets, samples, mock‑ups).
- Participate in site inspections.
- Support quality control of workmanship and materials.
- Verify compliance with specifications, company standards and project requirements.
- Support snagging list management and completion activities.
- Collect as‑built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, plant certifications.
- Support handover to Facility Management / Operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical or coordination roles in construction / real estate.
- Basic knowledge of construction regulations and site safety (D.Lgs. 81/08).
- Good mastery of planning and reporting tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings and quantity takeoffs.
- Basic knowledge of technical equipment.
- Familiarity with BIM processes constitutes a preferred qualification.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel).
- AutoCAD usage.
- MS Project or equivalent tools.
- Fluent Italian.
- Technical English at least B2 level.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Teamwork orientation in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactivity and problem‑solving orientation.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
- Clear and structured communication.
