Project Engineer

We are seeking a Project Engineer with a passion for driving technical projects and growing within a supportive team environment. Industry-specific experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have foundational project engineering experience and the ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Paruzzaro.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project coordination between company teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure objectives are met
• Assist with system design, documentation, and compliance with customer and project requirements
• Monitor and help manage project timelines and technical activities
• Work collaboratively with senior engineers and management to resolve technical issues and support various project phases
• Provide technical support during on-site and off-site activities as needed
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to build trust and ensure project success
• Help maintain high standards for quality and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project engineering or related technical role, preferably in industrial egineering or expereince in sectors such as Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Waste-to-Energy, or Dry Cooling Systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic setting
• Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid arrangement (remote/in-office) in Paruzzaro
• Eligible to travel domestically or internationally on occasion
