Project Engineer Manager-BAT
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement equipment installation in line with production demands;
- Manage budget, procurement, and supplier negotiations;
- Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and environmental regulations;
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to optimize processes;
- Oversee reporting and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering;
- 5+ years of technical field experience;
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Project Management (Prince 2, PMBoK is a plus);
- Strategic, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.

- Timely and cost-effective project execution;
- Strong supplier relationships and stakeholder engagement;
- Compliance with Health & Safety standards;
- Continuous improvement of technical operations.
