Partner with the best The Project HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and programs across all phases of modules construction project, from design and procurement phases to operations, including structures fabrication at strategic suppliers yards and construction activities, commissioning, load out at a venue site. The role ensures compliance with HSE legal, regulatory, and client requirements while promoting a strong Safety Culture and zero-incident performance. Responsibilities

Define project HSE plans, requirements, risk management strategy and activities throughout the project lifecycle from proposal phase to project execution/completion Plan, implement, coordinate all HSE activities within the project, as per project complexity, scope of work, HSE plans, company and contractual requirements and relevant laws, standards, and regulations Act as primary interface in dealing with project management team and client representatives in all issues related to HSE during project execution Ensure that all HSE activities at project level are carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, client requirements, international standards and company Environmental and Safety Standards, including suppliers/contractors Assist project management team in risk management process (i.e., method statements, JSAs, HAZID, HAZOP, etc.) during preliminary constructability HSE assessments and de-risking activities Ensure emergency preparedness, monitor and coordinate emergency drills and follow-up for the project scope Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, pollution prevention, spills control, air emissions and hazardous material handling Develop and maintain statistical data, KPIs and trend reports; prepare and manage periodical HSE meetings with key project management figures, contractors and client representatives Lead events investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are tracked and implemented Conduct and manage internal/external HSE audits, operative inspections, findings/observations tracking and follow-up Coordinate internal HSE supervision team to ensure compliance with company policies, management systems and project requirements Develop and coordinate project safety training programs and promote a safety behavioral culture within the project organization, including suppliers and contractors Establish and perform HSE cultural initiatives and programs for a proper implementation of proactive Safety culture (i.e., Safety Days, HSE campaigns, HSE leadership engagement, workshops, toolbox talks, Safety stand‑downs) Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Engineering from an accredited university Minimum 10+ years of experience within project HSE management duties in EPC/Construction companies, preferably in Oil & Gas or Energy sectors Must be conversant with local and international HSE laws, regulations and standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven track record of successful project management Qualification as internal auditor on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and knowledge of ISO 9001 Familiar with method statements, JSAs, HAZOP and HAZID methodologies Strong leadership, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills Champion HSE by setting a personal example and demonstrating leadership in the implementation of HSE processes and initiatives Benefits

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position.
