Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through the management of project‑related activities and resources.

Responsibilities

• Managing different projects simultaneously.
• Participating in discussions about the future of the business, requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.
• Developing the yearly plan for the own function, providing the basis of the framework of the strategic plan for the whole unit.
• Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within the technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
• Managing important business‑unit clients.
• Driving complex processes that require the involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Several years of experience in project leadership.
• Ability to interact with different stakeholders, from management to executive levels.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• EU passport and fluency in English.

Remuneration

Initial pay range: EUR 60,800 – 83,600. The provisions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement will be applied.
