PMO – Data & Power BI Migration

Contract: 6+ months, B2B

Location: 100% Remote

Languages: English & Italian

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PMO to support a large-scale Data Migration and Power BI transformation programme .

The programme involves the migration from Oracle to Power BI , impacting approximately 15,000 users and supporting around 11,000 field representatives across 14 sites in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support programme governance, planning, reporting and coordination.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions and key programme documentation.
• Coordinate across technical and business stakeholders.
• Support governance meetings, status reporting and decision-making.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues through to resolution.
• Help ensure the programme remains aligned towards the planned go-live.

Experience Required

• Strong PMO / Project Governance experience within complex transformation or migration programmes.
• Experience supporting data, BI or technology migration projects .
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and locations.
• Fluent English and Italian .
• Experience within Pharma / Life Sciences particularly within project governance in a regulated environment.
