Project Management Senior Specialist - Project Planning
Project Management Senior Specialist - Project Planning, Partner with the best Baker Hughes stands as a leading global energy‑technology company, delivering innovative solutions that make energy safer, cleaner, and more efficient across the entire value chain. As Project Management Senior Specialist - Project Planning you will be responsible for: Ensuring project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario. Monitoring progress and producing accurate projections. Ensuring other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and that relevant reports are available for the customer. Advising functional managers or other functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field. Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems. Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or being a major contributor to bigger projects. Delivering work goals that typically take 3–6 months to complete, with a time horizon for results/impact of 2–12 months after the event. To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management. Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Planning. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability. Work arrangements: Working flexible hours – flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.
