Randstad Italia SpA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Support to support the team at Huawei Technologies Italia Srl operating at the forefront of technology, renewable energy, and telecommunications .

Key Responsibilities

In support of team leaders and project managers, you will:

• Assist in monitoring project timelines and quality, ensuring alignment with both customer expectations and internal standards.
• Contribute to performance tracking and risk identification, helping to address delays or issues through proper escalation.
• Support the development of standardized procedures, quality controls, and compliance tools to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Help implement training and development programs focused on strengthening project management capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, procurement, finance, and planning) to enable smooth project execution.
• Assist in identifying inefficiencies and proposing cost-saving solutions that maintain service quality.
• Help maintain a centralized knowledge base, collecting best practices and lessons learned to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project/Quality Management, or related fields
• Fluency in Chinese, English, and Italian (all three are mandatory)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Clear, effective communication across languages and cultures
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
