Job Overview

Junior Project Manager – Comunità Energetiche Rinnovabili (CACER) presso FusionCER.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and organization of project phases for the development of Renewable Energy Communities and distributed self-consumption configurations (CACER).
• Assist the team in developing technical, economic, and financial feasibility studies for renewable energy projects.
• Perform consumption analysis, self‑consumption and production analyses of the plant to identify the best configurations applicable to the study CACER.
• Assist in communication with clients and manage integrated processes within CRM.
• Assist in contract management with clients and suppliers.
• Collaborate in the management of the CACER and Asset Management activities.
• Monitor and study the evolution of regulations in the sector.
• Provide support in the development of company IT platforms, including:
  • General purpose tools: Office365 (including macro development), SharePoint.
  • Optional skills: basic Python, Copilot (or alternative AI systems), Azure.
  • Sector‑specific tools: CRM, CER management platforms, plant monitoring systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Energy, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental and Territory, Management, Computer Science) or related training.
• Knowledge of regulations relevant to the CACER sector.
• Excellent proficiency in Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including macro creation, Power Automate and AI models.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Strong interest in the evolving dynamics of the energy sector.
• Good command of the English language.

Experience & Employment Conditions

• At least two years of experience, preferably in the energy sector.
• Position within the Metal Mechanical National Collective Labour Agreement, with duties and responsibilities aligned with the candidate profile.
