Project Manager (Cat. Ii)

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called:
Transformation of the Karlovy Vary Region 2026+ and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of this assignment is for a consultant (the “Service Provider”) to carry out a Study on Karlovy Vary region’s economic opportunities and challenges for the transition to a green economy and energy system (the “Project”).

Location :
Karlovy Vary Region, Czech Republic.

Duration :
The intended start date is October 2025 and the services shall be provided for a period of 9 months from this date.

☝️ Qualifications and skills:

• At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional qualification) in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering;
  Industrial Economics orInnovation Management;
  Environmental or EnergyPolicy.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required (CEFR C1) (minimum requirement ).
• Fluency in written and spoken Czech would be an asset .
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and policy drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Computer literacy (e.G., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams).

☝️ General professional experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including senior management or advisory role in at least two of the areas presented below:
  

Industrial transformation;

Clean technology deployment;

Strategic projectdevelopment.

☝️ Specific professional experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as Team Leader or Project Manager in development and/or investment finance (minimum requirement ).
• Experience working with:
  Public authorities and industry stakeholders;
  EU-funded projects or international institutions will be considered as an asset .
• Experience working in Czechia will be considered as an asset .
• International experience will be considered as an asset .
• In-depth knowledge of Net-Zero Industry Act (NZIA), proven by at least one project will be considered as an asset .
