Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive operational excellence within Thermal Management BU. The role balances program tracking with “hands‑on” process improvement and data management. You will be the bridge between strategy and cross‑functional execution, ensuring on‑time delivery, rigorous data consistency, and continuous improvement across the BU.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive operational excellence within Thermal Management BU. The role balances program tracking with “hands‑on” process improvement and data management. You will be the bridge between strategy and cross‑functional execution, ensuring on‑time delivery, rigorous data consistency, and continuous improvement across the BU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure & track progress of strategic programs and workstreams – help define KPIs, track, report, improve.
  • Structure & track progress of individual projects – help define KPIs, track, report, suggest improvements.

Process Engineering (Six Sigma)

  • Drive internal process improvement – understand business needs, work across departments (e.g., IT, sales support, operations, procurement) to deliver improvements.
  • Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies across the BU to standardize workflows, train colleagues in the methodology.

Data Systems & Automation

  • Support development of BU‑specific tools; ability to code/build simple apps to automate tasks or reporting is highly preferred.
  • Support data generation processes to ensure consistency.

Operational Governance & Alignment

  • Manage the meeting cadence, ensuring stakeholder alignment ahead of key sessions.
  • Drive interlocks between Global and Regional BUs, tracking actions to closure.
  • Orchestrate high‑impact internal events.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven project management experience in a global industrial/technical environment.
  • Six Sigma certification (preferred Black Belt), experience in cross‑organizational implementation.
  • Proficiency in data management tools; significant advantage – coding ability (Python, VBA, PowerApps, etc.) to build custom solutions.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder interlocks across different geographies and seniority levels.
  • Energetic, high‑ownership self‑starter, able to connect with people across geographies and seniority levels, understanding details and simplifying complex problems.
