Our client, a commercial construction company, is a great place to work. We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Estimator for commercial projects.

Location : Fort Myers, Florida

Must Have Experience : Commercial project management with at least 5 years managing projects.

Ideal Candidate : 5 to 10 years of successful commercial construction project management experience.

Responsibilities :

• Provide opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to foster profitable and sustainable growth.
• Offer clients innovative solutions to ensure quality, reduce risk, and minimize costs.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to exceed customer expectations, minimize risk, and lower costs.
• Read and interpret scope of work documents.
• Plan project specifications to meet all requirements.
• Develop project plans, phases, and schedules.
• Communicate changes, work assignments, change orders, and scope revisions effectively.
• Accurately project costs to complete, based on experience, to avoid surprises and provide feedback to estimating.
• Oversee administrative tasks to minimize risk and support timely decisions.
• Manage all projects efficiently, focusing on safety, quality, and integrity.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of successful commercial construction project management experience.
• Proficient in computer skills, able to manage multiple projects efficiently and accurately.
• Knowledge of construction standards, methods, and procedures.
• Dependable with a stable work history, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong communication, writing, computer, and interpersonal skills reflecting the company's integrity and philosophy.
