Profile Middle East is hiring: Project Manager
MISSION:
To support Primary Logistics operations, we are seeking two skilled Project Managers to be based respectively in Porto Torres and Ravenna . The selected professionals will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary projects involving maintenance and capital investments within industrial facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee full-cycle Project Management activities, including project engineering and control;
- Supervise and ensure timely and high-quality execution of construction works;
- Liaise with internal departments to gather site needs and develop proposals for investment and extraordinary maintenance initiatives to be included in the site business plan;
- Coordinate engineering companies for feasibility studies and detailed design phases;
- Align with cross-functional teams throughout project development and implementation, including the management of design and scope changes;
- Prepare budget opening requests (RAP);
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and compliance, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions;
- Support HSE-related studies and risk assessments (e.g., NAR, HAZOP, excavation and soil management plans, environmental analyses);
- Maintain and update project forecasts, tracking incurred and forecasted costs, and ensuring consistent financial reporting;
- Oversee work execution, verifying materials, inspecting ongoing activities, performing measurements, and managing cost tracking;
- Ensure compliance with Title IV (D.lgs. 81/08): prepare appointments and documentation, and participate in coordination meetings with the Safety Coordinator during Execution (CSE), contractors, and site personnel;
- Ensure compliance with Title I (D.lgs. 81/08) regarding interference coordination;
- Perform technical and financial account reviews and issue MDA (EM) in SAP; draft notes on material overruns or savings exceeding defined thresholds;
- Coordinate and support Operations in the issuance of Work Permits.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil);
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Project Management, ideally within the Oil & Gas or large-scale industrial infrastructure sectors;
- Strong expertise in managing technical and financial aspects of multidisciplinary projects;
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations and project management tools (e.g., SAP, MS Project);
- Proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects;
- Willingness to conduct field inspections and maintain daily interaction with site teams.

- Contract duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
