Project Manager Hybrid (Verona/Milano)

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team to manage projects and customers. We are looking for an ambitious person who is willing to get involved in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, estimating, planning, implementation and client management, ensuring adherence to timeframes, budgets and established objectives;
  
• Actively collaborate with clients and other organizational structures within the company, to understand their needs and expectations, offering innovative solutions and ensuring clear and constant communication;
  
• Manage job budgets in a manner consistent with project progress;
  
• Coordinate the internal and external resources required to execute projects, maintaining effective team management;
  
• Constantly monitor the progress of projects, promptly identifying any deviations and implementing appropriate corrective actions;
  
• Provide regular reports on the status of projects, presenting clear and accurate information.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in project and client management;
• Leadership and people management skills;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner;
• Strong customer orientation, with an active listening approach to understand specific needs and address them according to context;
• Ability to work autonomously and make timely and effective decisions;
• Excellent time management and ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
