Project manager ICT

We are looking for a Project Manager ICT .

Our client is an important player operating in the Mobility Service Sector.

Project Manager ICT is responsible for deliverables for all technical functionalities linked to a project in a dedicated business area (e.g sales, accounting etc etc)

PM coordinates all stakeholders involved in the development of the project (e.g. suppliers, internal business area, system integrators, etc.)

PM analyses requirements given to the business and solutions defined by the system integrator, possibly proposing alternative solutions, identifying pros and cons and effectively providing their suggestions, documenting the proposed solutions (BBP) and coordinates and monitors activities during the design phase.

HARD SKILLS

• Project Planning and Scheduling : Proficiency in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules using tools (e.g Microsoft Project, Gantt charts, JIRA…)
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Ability to develop and manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies based on the task already defined (cost, timing and resources)
• Quality Management : Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards through quality assurance and control processes.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Data Analysis : defining a set of KPIs to monitor the enhancements released to guarantee the target to be achieved.
• Cost analysis : comparing system integrator’s proposal and business requirements to ensure the application of metrics/SLA reported into business agreement with system integrator
• Technical knowledge: Waterfull, Business Blu Print (BBP),UP module (CRM and ECC), interfaces management (language: java, SQL…)

SOFT SKILLS

• Problem solving
• Time management
• Decision Making and Critical thinking
• English Language

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Others Methodologies: AI, Agile
• Experience in ERP system (salesforce, MS dynamics)
• Other language
• Infrastructure and software management (DB, Application Server, Cloud, web services…)
• Security and End of Users management

This position is based in Rome.

Annual salary commensurate with seniority.
