We are seeking a Project Manager, specialized in mechanical systems, for a growing company focused on integrated design, project management, and construction management of civil and industrial works.
Responsibilities
- Determine resources based on project complexity.
- Manage project timelines, costs, and quality.
- Coordinate team in designing and sizing HVAC, heating, and plumbing systems.
- Develop technical drawings and schematics (CAD/BIM).
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- At least two years of experience in designing civil mechanical systems.
- Skills in thermal calculations and insulation (Law 10).
- Proficiency in software like Termus, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP.
- Knowledge of cost estimation software (e.g., Primus) is a plus.
- Good command of English.
- Proactivity and interest in Project and People Management.
