Job description
Join Amaris Consulting as an IT Project Manager and take the lead in coordinating international projects focused on Loyalty Program solutions and customer engagement platforms. You will be responsible for delivering complex initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology, and customer satisfaction. Your missions
- Manage end-to-end delivery of global IT projects related to customer loyalty , CRM, and digital engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple time zones (IT, marketing, product, and finance).
- Oversee project governance, ensuring alignment with corporate frameworks and compliance standards.
- Manage budgets, costs, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and monitor project management best practices (Agile, Scrum, or Prince2).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, success metrics, and continuous improvement plans.
- Anticipate and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and business value realization.
Your profile
- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years managing global IT projects in a minimum of three technology disciplines.
- Proven experience in Loyalty Programs.
- English language: Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is required.
- Tools / software: Strong background in finance, budgeting, and cost management; project governance expertise managing complex, cross-border initiatives.
- Soft skills: Strong organizational and prioritization skills; high emotional intelligence and ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders and cultures; previous experience working with virtual/global teams.
